Does talking about consent make things feel less spontaneous? Does asking before doing something take the surprise out of it? Let’s talk about it. This community conversation explores the tension between consent and spontaneity as well as challenges the idea that getting consent has to mean stopping the moment, asking a formal question, or taking the fun out of things.
We’ll talk about ways to keep consent sexy, playful, and natural while still leaving room for spontaneity. How do we ask without killing the mood? How do we create enough trust and understanding that there’s room to surprise each other?
Come talk about how we can build enough trust and communication that consent becomes part of the play and NOT a barrier to it.
