Class Description:

In this class, we will discuss some successful experiences we've had combining suspension and penetrative sex. Some fundamental principles, such as body positioning and sustainability, will be discussed. From there, we'll have several options for different experience levels. First, a floor tie will be demonstrated, and then we will move on to a suspension sequence that has many poses that can be enjoyed.

This class can be participated in regardless of gender or "organic" nature of the penetrative device. For the purpose of this class, we'll demonstrate ties where the person tying will be doing the penetration and the person in the rope will be on the receiving end. While our floor tie is available to most skill levels, the suspension is more advanced. This will require sufficient technical ability to perform transitions. Riggers should have suspension experience, knowledge of upline management, and sufficient understanding of tensioning in harnesses. For people being tied, any chest harness that can be loaded from the front, side, and back can be used. Again, suspension and transition experience is needed for the second half of the class. Please do not tie above your skill level.

Prerequisites and Equipment:

Some basic knowledge of frictions and wrap tension, ability to tie other chest harnesses will be helpful.

Have 3 x 8 meter ropes for harness and any hardware and up lines for suspension if you plan to suspend.

• All attendees must register and pay online, no admittance or registration at the door.
• Photo ID is required to be admitted and must match the name listed in your online registration.
• You must be 19 years of age or older to attend events at Studio Friction.
• No refunds or credits on cancellations within 24 hours of event (contact us for extenuating circumstances - if you are sick, please stay home).

• All attendees must sign a COVID waiver as part of online registration and submit to a symptom check including a no touch temperature check.
• Mask optional with proof of full COVID vaccination (e.g. CDC COVID Vaccination Card - original card, clear photograph or photocopy, CIIS immunization record, myVaccine in the myColorado app). The name on your vaccine documentation must match the name on your photo ID. 
• • Full vaccination is defined as a minimum of two weeks post 2nd dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna vaccines, or single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
  • You only have to show your vaccination record once. Feel free to email it to office@studiofriction.com ahead of the event if you prefer. We will not be making any copies, just marking that it was checked.
• Members who are not fully vaccinated, are unvaccinated, or do not wish to show proof of vaccination are still welcome at Studio Friction, but will be asked to wear a mask at all times when in the space.
