STUDIO FRICTION

3RD TUESDAY SKILLSHARE AND LAB

Join us every 3rd Tuesday of the month from 7:45 - 10 pm for a skillshare and open lab. This event is open to all, regardless of skill/experience level or how you identify (tops, bottoms, switches, self suspenders, etc. - everyone is welcome!).

This event is the happy medium between a class and an open lab. Is there a tricky transition sequence you’re trying to figure out? Do you have a new arms-free chest harness you want to share with the community? Are you curious about rope bondage, and just want to observe and see if it might be for you? Are you a self-suspender and need a spotter as you work through a new pose? You have found the right event.

Check-in is from 7:45-8:00, and we will have the white board out for folks to share what they want to teach or learn. Once everyone has had a chance to make requests/offers of instruction, we will split up to work on whatever your hearts desire. The beauty of this event is that you get to decide exactly what you want to learn, and the Studio Friction community will help you make it happen.

Just want to come practice in a laid back education/practice-focused environment? This event is for you too.

Make sure to bring some rope and a tying partner if you want to tie or be tied by another person. Self-suspenders and observers are welcome to come solo.

Important Registration Information:

• All attendees must register and pay online, no admittance or registration at the door.

• Photo ID is required to be admitted.

• All attendees must sign a covid waiver and submit to a symptom check including a no touch temperature check

• Masks are required for all attendees at Studio Friction, regardless of vaccination status.

• All attendees must provide either: 

• • Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or 

  • Results of negative COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours of the event you are attending (for curriculum classes, that would mean a weekly test)*

• Hand sanitizer and surface sanitizer will be available throughout the studio

• No refunds or credits on cancellations within 24 hours of event (contact us for extenuating circumstances).

*The name on your COVID vaccine or test documentation must match the name on your ID.
