Class Description:

So we talk a lot about how to tie harnesses and load lines.

Here it’s time to talk about the things we tie from. This class is all about evaluating the safety of the things we are suspending people from. 

This class is aimed at providing both tops and bottoms the ability to quickly evaluate the equipment they are about to use for safety and and limits in its use. 

We’ll discuss frames, slings, eye bolts, metal and lumber in this class. 

Whether you top or bottom this is excellent information for you to be able to provide informed consent in your scenes. 

About the Instructor: TheDude (he/him) has been tying for over a decade. He also has experience in mechanical and construction careers. Thanks to the efforts of local rope groups like Denver Rope Bite and Studio Friction, TheDude has had the opportunity to learn from skilled riggers across the globe. Teaching for his local community is his way to help give back.
