There are so many yoga classes out there, why do we need another one? Because THIS is a yoga class for people who want to be more comfortable in their own skin by a yoga instructor who is! Learning how to be fully present in the moment will bring a new dimension to your life and relationships.

Please note that these classes are clothing optional but there is nothing sexual about the practice.

Classes are clothing optional – wear as much or as little as you wish. If you do plan to wear clothes, please wear work out type clothes that are not too baggy.

Please bring a small blanket or large towel.

mtn grrl is a certified yoga instructor. She and her partner, Fox, practice yoga together and feel it helps strength their 40 year relationship.

This month we will be focusing on inner warmth and grounding.
