Thursday Night Virtual Rope 101 Class
with p1x13 (pronounced pixie)
About the class:
Are you interested in rope bondage, but just starting out? Or maybe you’ve tried it before, but just can’t remember how to start? This session will teach the basics of rope bondage. Topics will include a few basic ties/techniques (single column, applications, adding on rope, etc.), safety, terminology, and basic partner connection / bottoming skills.
Everyone, tops, bottoms, & switches are encouraged to attend! Even if you prefer just receiving the rope, you should learn the basics of tying & safety. If you don’t have a partner to tie during the class, don’t worry. All of the ties taught in this class can be tied on yourself!
About our presenter:
p1x13 (pronounced pixie) hails from St. Louis kink community but is excited to join Denver rope people. For the past 6 years she’s been getting tied, tying herself, and tying others. She has taught numerous classes and led a variety of community events such as Rope School St. Louis, Rope Social Lafayette, and more. An academic at heart, she always enjoys learning more about rope bondage and other forms of kink. Outside of kink she’s trained in science communication, a nerdy skill that she enjoys applying to kink classes. She is drawn towards the flexibility of rope especially for its beauty, pain, strain, challenge, sensation, connection, and joy.
