Virtual Rope 101 Class 

with Matt and Athena

Rope can be a highly technical form of play. Sometimes it can become the sole point of a scene or play session. Shosty9 firmly believes that rope is to enhance the scene, not visa versa. It needs to be practiced in a way that does not distract from the connection between partners.

In this class we will explore this idea using a single column tie and a simple chest harness. Other fundamental topics such as consent and safety will also be covered.

No previous experience is necessary. We will use at least one 30' foot length of rope.

With the studio partially open and everyone practicing good social distancing, Studio Friction is still running some online classes for folks to be safer, social, and learn some rope! Pay on a sliding scale for the Thursday night classes ($5 - $10 - $20). Once registered you will receive the Zoom Meeting link where you can tie yourself or tie someone your social distancing with**!
