Tensegrity will teach a single column tie (always a great place to start), and a variation on the bones 'n rope hip harness with a gunslinger style cuff addition.

Ten loves rope especially for the opportunity to explore bodily experiences within a unique container that also allows for profound connection with another human.
With the studio closed and everyone practicing good social distancing, Studio Friction is still running some online classes for folks to be social and learn some rope! Pay on a sliding scale for the Thursday night classes ($5 - $10 - $20). Once registered you will receive the Zoom Meeting link where you can tie yourself or tie someone your social distancing with**!
