New Year, New You! This series is geared towards the absolute aerial beginner. We will take things slow, focusing on proper technique, basic moves and theory, and strength and endurance building to take your practice off the ground and into the air. This class is designed with the rope suspension flyer in mind, but all are welcome to attend.

Note: All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, and can be credited towards one Open Gym session
