Leveling Up Your TK w/ ThisDude
The goal of this workshop is to help you more consistently tie a structurally sound TK. This will be less about teaching a specific TK pattern, and more about improving the tension, placement, and frictions in what you already tie. I will demo the TK I’ve been using in order to discuss the techniques that help any boxtie. You will tie and untie a couple times on the ground to find weak points. Once you’re satisfied you will have the chance to test the harness out in a sequence designed to be hard on any TK. This sequence will show you where any other failure points remain. Expect to tie and untie repeatedly during this workshop. This is designed to be all about you tying, practicing , and receiving feedback throughout. If you don’t make it through the sequence that’s to be expected. Learn from it, and if you and your bottom are feeling good, try again!
