This series is for those who already have some past aerial experience and/or the strength to repeatedly climb and invert in the air. We will build off basics to develop deeper understand of theory and pathways and explore more complex sequences while maintaining a focus on strength-building and poise in the air. This class is designed with the rope suspension flyer in mind, but all are welcome to attend.
Note: All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, and can be credited towards one Open Gym session or one Gettin’ Physical Conditioning Class.
